Introduction to Agile Development from a Manager's perspective

Often we hear "I'd love to start using Agile practices at work, but I can't convince my manager / director / VP to support it".

We'd like to help!

ASCI is sponsoring an evening event in Bangalore called "A Manager's Introduction to Agile Development".
This event would be led by Pete Deemer and Naresh Jain.

Pete co-led Yahoo!'s large-scale adoption of Agile practices (now at 170 teams / 1500+ people globally) and he will be sharing Yahoo!'s experiences and data on results, from a managers perspective.

Registrations are closed since we are over booked!

Details of the event:

Date : Wednesday, December 19th 2007

Time : 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Location : Since we are over booked, we cannot handle any walk-ins.
If you have already registered, contact Pete for exact location details.

# of Participants : 30-40 people max [We would like to keep the event small to facilitate better discussion]

Target Audience : Managers who might not know what Agile practices are, or might have a lot of anxiety about trying them.

6:45 - 7:30 PM : Presentation and Discussion by Pete

7:30 - 8:15 PM : Agile Myth Busters activity by Naresh
